- We ship all items located in our warehouse the same day that you order (if placed by 2pm CST). We know you need your gear quickly so we get it out quickly! Certain items ship from an off-site warehouse and will usually ship within 1-2 business days.
- We ship items from our warehouse via USPS Priority Mail & First Class Mail with delivery confirmation at a low flat-rate of $7.50 - no matter how many items are in your order. Certain items that ship from an off-site warehouse may ship via UPS or FedEx and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
- Every customer will receive an email with a package tracking # and delivery confirmation with each order - we NEVER charge extra for this service and you can have the peace of mind of knowing where your package is while in transit.
- All orders over $250 qualify for FREE shipping!
- In compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) we cannot ship orders to APO/FPO or International addresses.

- We take every effort to ensure the right item gets shipped out to you and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the case of an error on our behalf or your dissatisfaction with your purchase, we will gladly make the situation right.
- We allow Returns or Exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Return or Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and no COD Returns or Exchanges will be accepted.
- Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be unused / unmounted and returned in original factory packaging in "As New" condition.
- If there is an issue with your item after it has been mounted / installed on your weapon or gear, then please direct correspondence to the manufacturer. These items are considered used and cannot be returned.
